What we do

Most businesses already know which account would make their year. The problem is getting in front of the person who decides, and making it easy for them to say yes.

A cold bid leaves it to chance. A referral might come. But the vendors who win consistently are the ones who show up with something specific, built for that buyer, that answers every question before anyone has to ask. That is what this is for.

Mountain Heart Media works as the video engine behind your sales. Not a one-time drop-in, but an ongoing partnership: Richie produces what you need to win the accounts that matter and to stay visible to everyone else, month after month, at a production standard most of your competitors cannot touch.

01

Win the accounts that matter

Some months call for a focused asset built for one specific buyer — the developer, the procurement team, the distributor — that answers their real questions and makes your name the obvious choice before the meeting starts.

02

Stay visible in between

Other months it is a steady stream of professional video and content for your social, your website, and paid campaigns, so the market keeps seeing you at your best. Scoped to your volume and goals.

It's one ongoing monthly partnership, sized to your goals. You get a producer who knows your business, not a vendor you re-brief from scratch every time.

How it works

Three steps to get in the room.

01

We learn your target.

Richie works with you to understand the exact buyer you are chasing and what they need to see to say yes. Their priorities. Their doubts. The specific reasons they go with someone else. This is not a creative brief. It is a sales conversation.

02

We build the video for that buyer.

Richie directs, produces, and edits the final piece himself. The result is a focused asset that speaks directly to that buyer's priorities and proves you can handle work at their level.

03

You walk in with the decision half made.

You use the video to open the door, warm the relationship, and walk in with the buyer already seeing you clearly. One landed account at that level is often six figures of work or recurring revenue for years. The video pays for itself before the second meeting.

Every engagement is scoped to your goals and the accounts you want to win. Book a call and Richie will tell you directly whether video is the right move, and what it would take to build it.

Who it's for

Businesses where the right accounts change the math.

The clients who get the most from this are the ones where a single relationship — one developer, one distributor, one property management group — represents a step change in the business. The same engine also keeps smaller brands producing steadily for the wider market between big pushes.

Not on this list? If you have a specific high-value buyer in mind, that is enough. Let's talk.

The production

Shot and produced professionally. Richie directs and edits every project himself.

From first conversation to final cut, the work stays in one set of hands. The quality of what gets made is part of what the video communicates to your buyer.

Professional production

The same production standard Richie worked to as a network documentary producer. The output reflects that background.

Fast, focused, and direct

Years of documentary production means Richie can walk into an unfamiliar environment, understand what matters, and build something that lands, quickly.

Senior, hands-on production

You work with Richie from the first conversation through delivery. The person who understands your buyer is hands-on in producing the final piece.

About

Hi, I'm Richie Hertzberg.

I spent years as a documentary producer working on stories that required getting into rooms most cameras never reach. Wildlife shoots in remote locations. Political documentaries across the country. Newsroom production under daily deadlines. The through-line was always the same: find the real story, build something that lands, and do it with the quality the subject deserves.

I started Mountain Heart Media because I saw how much that skill set translates to business. The companies that win high-value accounts are not always the best at what they do. They are the ones who can make a decision-maker feel confident before the meeting starts. That is a storytelling problem — and exactly what I know how to solve.

I'm directly involved in every project, from the first conversation through final delivery. You are not handing your brand to a faceless team you have never met.

I am based in Puerto Rico and work with clients here and on the mainland. If you have a buyer in mind and want to talk through what it would take to get in the room, book a call. No pitch, no deck. Just a straight conversation.

FAQ

Common questions.

Most clients work with Richie on a monthly basis, so the video keeps coming and gets sharper as he learns your business. Single projects are also an option when you have one specific thing in mind. Either way, Richie will walk you through what fits your goals on the first call.
No. A brand video is for everyone. The targeted buyer video is built for one specific account: the developer, the procurement team, the distributor you are actually chasing. Every choice in it is made to move that one decision forward.
It depends on scope. A focused, targeted piece usually comes together within a few weeks; lighter ongoing content moves faster. Richie sets a specific schedule with you up front, so there is no vague "we'll get to it" timeline here.
Richie is based in Puerto Rico and works with clients on the island and on the mainland. When on-location production makes sense for the project, it gets built into the scope from the start.
Richie, directly. Every strategy session, every shoot, every edit review. Mountain Heart Media is intentionally small, so the person you talk to before you sign is hands-on in the work and on the call after delivery.
That is fine. Part of the strategy conversation is working through which account would make the biggest difference and whether video is the right tool to move it. If the ongoing content track makes more sense for where you are right now, Richie will say that on the call.
